3rd Annual GSITE Conference
The 3rd Annual GSITE Conference will be held Friday, February 23, 2024 at the UMSL Millennium Student Center at 17 Arnold B Grobman Drive. Raffle Prizes will be drawn for in-person attendees. A Social will be held after the conference at Ferguson Brewing Company from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Registration opens for the Conference at 7:30 am. There will be a virtual option available for those that cannot make it to the conference in person.

Itinerary:
The full schedule is here! Any presentations listed in the main room track will be available for virtual attendees to attend. Zoom links for the virtual track will be made available for all attendees shortly before the conference via email. For this year, anyone needing Engineering Ethics PDHs will have the opportunity to attend the presentation in-person or virtually in the afternoon.

- Parking: Free parking is available in the Millennium Student Center Garage South (closest to the building) and Garage North.

Sponsorships:
Sponsorship packages are available now! If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for this year’s GSITE conference, we have multiple package options to choose from. All sponsorship packages include your logo displayed on the GSITE website throughout the 2024 calendar year and your logo on all general conference materials. Other sponsorship packages come with additional perks as detailed in the tiers below. Individual registration is not included in the sponsorship packages and can be purchased separately. This annual conference has historically been attended by approximately 200 local professionals.
You can purchase your sponsorship package on our website. Once you purchase your sponsorship package, please send an electronic file of your company logo to Gateway@GatewayITE.org. Any questions can be emailed to Shawn Leight at SLeight@cbbtraffic.com.
Event Charity
For this year’s event charity, GSITE will be making a donation to The BackStoppers, Inc. A representative from the organization will give a brief presentation during lunch about the mission of the organization. If you would like to learn more about the organization or make an individual donation, please do so on their website here.
Award Nominations
Nominations are open! This year we will be presenting two awards: the Gateway ITE Transportation Professional of the Year Award and the Gateway ITE Transportation Project of the Year Award. All members and friends in good standing can make nominations, except student members. Please reach out to Ashley Fillback, PE at afillback@cbbtraffic.com or any current GSITE board member to submit nominations.
