April Monthly Meeting
Presentation: Spencer Rd Reconstruction & Safety Improvements

In 2024, the City of St. Peters rebuild a one-mile section of Spencer Rd from Willott Rd to the City boundary at Thoele Rd. The aging concrete roadway was reconstructed to install three mini-roundabouts, narrow the roadway width, replace sidewalks, and improve pedestrian safety. This was the City’s first full residential roadway reconstruction that included physical traffic calming measures.
